The REACH Fund of Connecticut, Inc. (EIN 87-1726385) is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax-deductible. REACH does not make direct grants to individuals – we work directly with providers to provide a funding source that can be utilized when a patient needs financial assistance.
